For years, the TrackMaster® line of racing products have helped you find a faster, better way to handicap. Our unparalleled data and ease of use has allowed our customers to win more money more often.
Also over these many years, we received thousands of requests from people for TrackMaster® to come up with
a way to help interpret the data. So, after much work and investment on our part, we came up with the solution.
TrackMaster® hired Jim Quinn, renowned turf expert and handicapper for 20+ years to assemble a team of excellent handicappers to provide their interpretation of the TrackMaster® data for you to use. After searching far and wide
the Winner's Circle was created, bringing you the highest quality selections and analysis of Thoroughbred races at affordable prices.
These reports are perfect if you want selections and analysis to supplement your own handicapping, are too busy to handicap, or are getting simulcasts on unfamiliar tracks. The reports are available for free the day after the races so you can see for yourself how they did.
The Winner's Circle covers most major and minor tracks around the country. A brief bio on each handicapper follows along with the circuits they cover.

Ellis Starr has been studying handicapping and wagering strategies
since the 80's. After playing the races full time in the early 90's,
Ellis began handicapping for the TrackMaster web site, and
immediately became an accomplished public handicapper. Ellis rarely
meets a favorite he likes well enough to bet, specializing in finding
vulnerable favorites, and his style focuses relentlessly on one or
more horses that he believes will run well at above-average odds
based on his betting line. This style has resulted in an average
winning payoff on his top selections of over $13
Ellis has parlayed his handicapping prowess into success in
Handicapping Contests as well, winning a full meet contest on the Del
Mar Web Site as well as finishing second in the 2000 Cal Cup
handicapping contest sponsored by the CTBA. He also placed 81st in
the October 2000 ORLEANS NATIONAL HANDICAPPING CHALLENGE out of 936
competitors, with a 46% profit on his win bets. Ellis tabbed
Monarchos in the 2001 Kentucky Derby.
In the Southern California area, Ellis is a regular guest on KOGO
radio's "The Thoroughbred Hotline" (600 on the AM radio dial) which
airs from 7am to 8am every Saturday and Sunday.

Thoroughbred Valueline
David Johnson, PH.D in Economics
Jerry Kenley, PH.D. in Economics and Statistics
CIRCUITS: VARIOUS
Drs. Johnson and Kenley, each with over 20 years of University Teaching experience, have developed a highly complex computer program, THE THOROUGHBRED VALUELINE.These Professors of Economics and Statistics formulated a mathmatical model which analyzes traditional as well as non-traditional handicapping factors, incorporating all of the pacelines of every horse in each race. Using their formulas, approximately two thirds of all runners are eliminated, and many winners will be found on their short list of win contenders, along with each win contender's win probability, which has been converted to a betting line. A profit making opportunity is created when the tote odds exceed the betting line.
The Walker Group
CIRCUITS: Various

They typically provide the best three value bets in the race, with supporting commentary.
